Return Policy
30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
Any product sold and shipped through QsoGreenEnergy.com may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Shipping Labels
A prepaid return label will be created during the return process during the applicable 30-day hassle-free period.
Refunds
Once your return has been processed, we will refund your original form of payment upon receipt of the original product, less shipping costs.
Replacements
Once your return has been processed, we will process and ship a replacement product upon receipt of the original product. If the product you are sending in for a replacement is no longer available or out of stock at QsoGreenEnergy, QsoGreenEnergy will issue you a refund.
Products that may be exchanged may only be exchanged for the same product. We do not currently allow exchanges or returns of different products.
Upgrades
Your order may be upgraded during the 30-day hassle-free period. When upgrading, the new product will be purchased at the purchase price of the original product.
Contact QsoGreenEnergy to process your upgrade. Payment will be processed at the time of upgrade. Once the returned product is received, your upgrade product will be shipped.
Product Specific Returns
Bundle Purchases - A bundle is a combination of multiple products sold at a discounted price. You must return the entire bundle to request a refund.
Purchases through a QsoGreenEnergy Dealer
Products purchased through a dealer require contacting the dealer for returns.
General Return Guidelines
To return a product, visit QsoGreenEnergy.com and complete the return form. You will receive an email with instructions and a return label. Your RMA number will appear on your return label to identify your return. Gather your products and prepare your package for shipping. Once your product is securely packaged to prevent damage and ready to ship, place your return shipping label on the outside of the shipping box. Return labels are valid for 14 days. Returned products must be received by QsoGreenEnergy.
Products received by QsoGreenEnergy in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be refused:
- Any product with a missing, damaged, or altered serial number or warranty label.
- Any product returned without all original accessories, including the retail box, cables, and all other items that originally came with the product.
- Any product that appears physically damaged. If you receive a product that is damaged, it will not be considered a return.
- Any product that appears to have been tampered with, customized, or altered in any way.
- Not the same product originally purchased from QsoGreenEnergy.com.
Ownership
QsoGreenEnergy does not take ownership of the returned product until it arrives at the return address destination.
Cross-Shipping
We do not cross-ship. Returns must be received, inspected, and approved before we can send a replacement.
Refused Delivery
Refused shipments will be considered a return and may be subject to shipping charges and a non-refundable 12% restocking fee.
Interception
If a package is intercepted due to an incorrect address or cancellation after shipment, a fee will be charged.
Defective Product
Defective products returned will be repaired or replaced at QsoGreenEnergy's discretion.
Restocking Fee
If a return falls outside of the 30-day hassle-free return policy, a 12% restocking fee will be charged at the discretion of QsoGreenEnergy.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
